Hello and welcome! I’m Emily, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Eat Well, Live Vibrantly, a website and blog business designed to help women of all ages make positive nutritional changes that bring them towards greater wellness, joy, and health.
In addition to my diploma in Natural Nutrition, I have both a B.A. and a Masters Degree in English Literature. I also have a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts from George Brown College. As you might imagine, I love to read (historical romance novels!), and I love to bake! I’ve worked as a cake decorator, and I really enjoy making beautiful desserts that are good for the body and a feast for the eyes.
I live in London, Ontario, and love my walkable neighbourhood. I have a significant other, two beloved cats, and three bonus kids. I enjoy gardening (my little ‘farm’ has been very productive in terms of beans and raspberries), cross-country skiing, daily walks, working out at the gym, photography, and blogging. I enjoy travel and adventure too, in smaller doses. Scotland has been a favourite destination, and I look forward to a trip to Holland coming soon.
I’m not perfect, and I struggle with the same daily stresses and frustrations as everybody else, but I love nutrition, cooking, farmers markets, local food, and nourishing the body (which sometimes includes treats!), and I have a true desire to help you feel better. We all deserve that.
