About Emily

I’m Emily, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Eat Well, Live Vibrantly, a nutrition business that helps women of all ages make positive changes to bring them towards greater wellness, joy, and health.

I graduated from the Canadian School for Natural Nutrition in 2017 and have been spreading my passion for nutrition and healthy living ever since.

My personal approach to healthy eating is all about eating fresh, healthy, vibrantly-coloured whole foods. Healthy eating is not about deprivation or dieting (two words you will never hear me say); it’s about variety, taste, enjoyment, and fun. And it’s about feeling good! After all, the best part of vibrant eating is the results: clear skin, balanced hormones, a better mood, and more energy. When you nourish your body with the right kinds of foods, wonderful things can happen.

Every body is unique and I take a personal, customized approach to each client. Not only do we all have different nutritional requirements, but we also have different lives – your lived experience, lifestyle, and personal insights about your health are a really important part of the approach that we design together. Holistic nutrition is about addressing the root causes of issues – the underlying problems that are the causes of your health challenges. It’s also about a mind/body/spirit approach, because your emotional experiences and what you think about yourself matter to your health too.

I love working with all kinds of clients, but I particularly love working with those who are struggling with hormonal, digestive, or skin issues – like acne, PMS, PCOS, psoriasis, eczema, bloating, gas, indigestion, and more. These health concerns/illnesses are frustrating, confusing, and can hold you back from living your best life, whatever that looks like for you. Gut health is really important to basically all health conditions (I talk about it a LOT on my blog and in my programs) and you can rest assured it’s something we’ll be addressing when we work together.

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mood issues, there’s space for you here too! I’ve struggled with anxiety and I understand how difficult it can be. I also love working with introverts, empaths, and Highly-Sensitive People, because I believe that our unique nervous system wiring (I’m an introvert/empath/HSP too!) lends itself to sensitivity to stress, emotional struggles, overthinking, and anxiety, all of which can impact digestion, skin health, hormones, and more.

We all deserve to feel nourished and vibrant.

The best part of life is not just surviving, but thriving with passion and compassion and humour and style and generosity and kindness.
