In an initial in-depth consultation, we get to know each other better and we work to create a complete picture of your current health, to identify your health goals, and to understand which body systems we should focus on. In follow-up sessions, we discuss what’s worked and what hasn’t, and develop new goals and recommendations. Every session includes dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, as well as meal plans, guidance, and email support.
