Home – Welcome to Vibrant Living!

Struggling with PMS, acne, menstrual issues, depression, anxiety, hair loss, low libido, fatigue, bloating, or other hormonal, digestive, or skin issues?

Welcome! You’re in the right place. My name is Emily and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, health author, and blogger located in London, Ontario.

My goal is to help you with clear skin, balanced hormones, and vibrant living.

In my holistic nutrition practice, I seek to understand your health concerns, and we work together to create a wellness plan that works for you, and takes into account your current lifestyle, health goals, and your relationship to food on a physical, mental, and emotional level. Using positive, manageable dietary and lifestyle changes, we work together to restore balance and to create health over the long-term.

*women’s health *weight management *depression and anxiety *gut health *digestive disorders *PMS *menstrual concerns like endometriosis *hormonal imbalances *PCOS *skin concerns like acne, eczema, and psoriasis *endocrine disorders including thyroid and adrenal concerns *sleep issues *general health

In an initial in-depth consultation, we get to know each other better and we work to create a complete picture of your current health, to identify your health goals,  and to understand which body systems we should focus on. In follow-up sessions, we discuss what’s worked and what hasn’t, and develop new goals and recommendations. Every session includes dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, as well as meal plans, guidance, and email support.

Let’s talk!

What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic nutrition is a way of approaching wellness that takes into account body, mind, and spirit, and that is based on the philosophy that each person is an individual and has unique nutritional and wellness requirements. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I’ve studied with the Canadian School for Natural Nutrition and completed the diploma program in Natural Nutrition, graduating with honours.

Most medical doctors have ten minutes or less to sit with you and listen to your concerns, and in general, the best medical solutions offered to you are likely to be pharmaceuticals. While medications can have an extremely important role to play in health, they are not the only solution and they do not address what holistic nutrition refers to as the ‘root cause’ of an issue. Holistic nutrition seeks to move beyond treating symptoms and instead address the underlying issues.

How can a Holistic Nutritionist help me?

As an R.H.N., I will spend time with you, listen to your health concerns, work with you to identify areas of health imbalance, and help you understand how targeted nutrition and lifestyle practices can help you feel balanced and well again. Through this process, I can give you the tools and resources to help you take charge of your own health.

If you’d like to find out more about what an R.H.N. can do for you, please feel free to review the CSNN Code of Ethics and the CSNN Scope of Practice. While holistic nutrition is not a regulated industry in Ontario, there is the CSNN Alumni Association, which is always available to you if you wish to enquire if an R.H.N. is in good standing, wish to find a nutritionist in your area, or wish to share a concern or complaint.
