NB: This consultation may be split into two 30-45 minute meetings, depending on the nature of your concerns and the information in your intake forms.

During a follow-up, we talk about your struggles or challenges, as well as your successes, and check-in about how you’re feeling. During this session, we also review your wellness plan, make any changes, and figure out your next goals.

I offer a variety of healthy living workshops and seminars on topics like acne and healthy skin, managing PMS, nutrition for introverts, and more.

All workshops allow for (and encourage) group discussion, hands on activities, individual attention, and lots of time for learning and questions. I also hold webinars online about digestion, optimizing natural detoxification, and the principles of vibrant eating.
