  • identify key action steps that you can take to feel better now and in the future
  • work together to bring you back to balance, health, and joy

All coaching works best if the client and the practitioner are a good fit. I truly want to help you feel better! With this quick call, you can let me know what your health concerns are, I can briefly identify how I might help, and we can see if we’re a match. This also gives you confidence before you purchase.

  • Time: 15-30 minutes (scheduled in advance)
  • Cost: Free


We discuss your current health concerns, health history, and review diet and lifestyle recommendations that will help you feel balanced and energetic. You leave with a wellness plan that you feel good about, with steps you can implement right away.

  • COST: $125 +HST
  • Time: 1-1.5 hours

NB: This consultation may be split into two 30-45 minute meetings, depending on the nature of your concerns and the information in your intake forms.


During a follow-up, we talk about your struggles or challenges, as well as your successes, and check-in about how you’re feeling. During this session, we also review your wellness plan, make any changes, and figure out your next goals.
